胃肠间质瘤是消化道最常见的间叶源性肿瘤，近10余年来，其诊断和治疗也日趋标准化和规范化。年2月，美国国立综合癌症网络（NCCN）发布了最新版的《软组织肉瘤——胃肠间质瘤临床实践指南（年第1版）》。与既往版本相比，新版指南进一步强调了基因分型在GIST诊断和治疗中的重要性，并在GIST的肿瘤生物学行为及恶性潜能评估等方面做出了更新。
